According to the latest reports, New Jersey and Nevada have passed the online gambling regulation laws. Due to this there are a lot of foreign companies which are coming quickly to get in on the gaming action. The latest company that has made a strong move into the United States is the 888 Holdings. Here are a few important points about it:
1. The announcement of the company arriving in the United States happened through the All American Poker Network. Although this is not the first time that 888 has attempted to move in the US markets. Previously it had signed a deal with Caesars for launch of online casinos in Atlantic City.
2. The company also has a strong financial backing of the Avenue Capital group investment firm in the All American Poker Network endeavour. So this has been an awesome deal for the 888.
3. It is important to note that 888 also joined several other foreign companies that also dream of entering the tunnel that leads to the United States Internet Gaming Industry. Another great partnership of that with other companies is of Bwin party. It had joined forces with MGM and Boyd Gaming. Certainly deals like these would help get Bwin in Nevada.
4. 888 have also made a separate deal with the Treasure Island gaming group that would allow 888 to enter the Nevada market. If more number of states regulates the industry, the deal with the Avenue Capital group has the capacity to even become bigger.
Thus, it can be very well seen that the agreement clearly witnesses one of the leading United States financial institution backing to one of the biggest gaming platform operators in the world. This has been done to take care of a potentially enormous market.
